how many mom's out there breastfeed their babies and spend a butt load of time trying to burp them?…

I breastfed my first for a year and 3 months and I'm going to do the same with my second but it never took too long maybe the most was about 10 minutes. Sometimes you might not hear him/her burp but they do!!

I did that forever with my son but then his doctor told me sometimes breastfed babies don't always burp. So I would try for a few mins and if he didn't I would wait then try again. A good position for burping is to lay them face down on your leg or even arm with their face turnt sideways in your hand and burp them that way.

I stopped burping her cause majority of the time she never burped or would burp while feeding
