I'm 24weeks and 2 days and I've recently started feeling a real thumping feeling in my pelvic region tmi but literally between my butt and vagina area! I'm unsure if it's my baby or my muscles and if I should be concerned because it happens constantly , about 5-10 thumps in a row anyone else go through this?
