I have an anterior placenta as well. I'm 25wks and usually I feel her a few times every day but today she hasn't been moving and I don't get the big movements like other mommies talk about /:

I'm 19 weeks and have felt nothing :( It makes me so jealous that I won't get the same experience as other mommies. Thank goodness for my fetal heart doppler. I can at least hear him move..

@aprilcgutkopf, its where your placenta is in front of the baby so it cushions most of their movements. My doctor said that it can move so here's to hoping for all of us!!

Ok I think that may be why I haven't felt Layla-May kick just little butterfly's still... Should I ask my doctor if I have that?

It wouldn't hurt to. :) At least you would know that is the reason and avoid thinking the worst. It doesn't cause any problems so its nothing to worry about. Just frustrating :/

@iangelbaby03, I have a doppler too!!! It helps my anxiety since I'm not feeling kicks!
