K so I'm not sure that I lost my mucus plug [can you at only 21 weeks?] but 2 days ago I wiped and I had the biggest clot of mucus/ discharge I have ever had. It was really kinda sticky and stretchy. It kinda died down but then today I wiped and had another one almost as big so I'm getting concerned. I see my doctor in a week but I'd if this is an issue or not

yes but it also can regrow.

From what I've read you can lose it at anytime but it regrows

i heard it can regrow... more tmi... I myself have been in your shoes with my first. Was told i produce extra juices. So wearing a panty liner is what I did with both kiddos and now my third. I guess things get slippery in there..hahaha But more mucus will build up. don't be shocked if there is some pink (blood) color..spotting or when another one "grows" and comes out again..
