good morning ladies quick question I'm almost 22weeks yesterday I did lots of screaming crying yelling and walking after I calm down I took a shower seen some light needing started getting cramps got dizzy and fell in the shower this morning I woke up still cramping badly and now vomiting should a ER visit happen or should I just relax???

try drinking a lot of water and laying down. I would let the doctor know though right away. they may want you to come in since you fell to check the baby.

no especially after a fall and being that you are high risk I'd go in.

Yeah I'd go in just to make sure, but yes drink some water also
