my girl is 8weeks and I've only had a few sips of beer here and there. and i drank at least 3beers after work. more on weekends. I'm just paranoid about it being in milk. i know there's ways around it, but I just get too paranoid/overly cautious. drink when you're ready.

I will prob wait until I start bottle feeding. That way I can pump and if I decide to go out then I will have breast milk stored. So prob not until 4-6 weeks after he is born
