33 weeks now, 3rd day into severe sinus infection, daughter just had major back surgery yesterday ... Looking for any kind of "natural" safe remedy to feel well enough to care for my daughter in the hospital. Extreme coughing, lost my voice from coughing so much & so hard. Feel like death ladies help please? :(
