so me and my "best friend" are pregnant at the same time and we're due 3 weeks apart.... she told me she was having a baby shower the end of may which was perfect, now she just changed it to the day before my csection.... am I wrong for being pissed off? she knows that's the day I'm having hazel and I don't want to spend my last day with paisley being an only child at a baby shower.... I offered to even throw her a baby shower and she said no cause she wants to plan it herself... I told her I can't go and she said "yeah I know"... I just think that's so fucking rude since she's supposed to be my best friend. and she didn't even text me to tell me about her babyshower, she posted it on facebook.... ugh.

@jassyburton62612, I didn't have a baby shower so I don't know why she would be jealous. we both already have a daughter. her daughter is 2 1/2. and mine is almost 18 months. she's having a baby shower cause she's having a boy, I'm having another girl so I figured I would just skip the shower and have a meet n greet after the baby is born.

oh ok. well maybe it's nothing personal. your feelings about it are valid though. i would feel the same way if my best friend did that.

I would feel the same way . If she's your "bestfriend" you would think she would plan around so you can attend too. Don't worry about it congrats to you !!
