Awwww yes you should because you will get a lot of things you wouldn't have to get I'm waiting for after the baby shower as well . So far I only purchased one pajamas and a pair of cute denim booties lol my sil, mom, dad, and best friend already getting too much things . So just wait it out a little . Trust me you will get diapers and everything at your baby shower

I have been doing good until I went into the hospital and they told me I was 3cm dilated...but I'm still trying to wait until after the baby shower only thing I purchased was the bigg stuff like car seat crib mattress and swing it's hard everytime I go in the store I be tempted

We bought almost everything before the baby shower except stroller and carseat. I didn't really get much from my registry at my shower, got a lot of clothes and we asked for books instead of cards so we got a lot of those.
