Awww. Try and stay calm .. Breath through them and try not to tense up when they come. Just know that once it comes it will pass. Breathe..... (It's hard to sound soothing over a computer but picture me saying that slowly and softly lol) i cried like a baby too tho I feel your pain sweetheart

I remember when I the contractions it helped when my husband rubbed/massaged my lower back. Hope u get the epidural soon cuz then the rest is easy.
