I actually had bad diarrhea with both pregnancies. Mainly in the beginning. It may actually be a side effect. Lol

I had the same problem in my earliest weeks, less now but still do. My doctor told me the pregnancy causes changes in bowel movements so diarrhea and constipation are both common.
