can you ladies who have taken fenugreek for low milk supply tell me your experiences please? trying to breastfeed but milk supply is not picking up after 7days pp.

my sister told me to drink this tea twice a day if that happens...she said it does increase milk ... I will try if this happens to me.

i was trying every hour. nothing was happening. now like every two to three hours pumping. my daughter will not latch on. even seen a lactation specialist to make sure i was doing it right. she suggested fenugreek.

my full breast milk supply didn't pick up until my baby started to eat more. i literally only made what she needed. i would speak to a lactation consultant first before you start potentially worrying needlessly.
