so I stopped breastfeeding two weeks after u brought my sin home and it's been a month and 22 days since we been home, my question is how do you know you got your period after a C-section?

Because I don't know honestly, and I was cleaning last night and did some heavy lifting, so idk if I hurt myself or its just my period. I don't have any cramping but I do have bad back pain.
