I would literally beat the shit out of my husband is he said something like that! No regrets either. What the hell is wrong with insensitive ass people! Sorry. I don't know your situation. But he shouldn't be treating you like that NO MATTER WHAT!

Well guess what. No matter what hurtful words he says to you, you're a mom! A beautiful. Strong. Courageous. Brave woman. Who is bringing a baby into this world. Let those feelings trump any nasty words that come out of his mouth. Because you're doing something that he could never even tolerate. So let him throw his little hissy fit. And let him be mean and nasty. And sweety you just walk away with a smile on your face and feel proud. You're so close to meeting your miracle baby. Screw him. Let him be bitter. And you just love on that belly of yours. And tell that baby how much you love it!

That's not something you say to anyone. I understand he's grieving and this may have just been an isolated incident. Not everyone knows how to react to death. It doesn't help being preg makes us over emotional. Just as much as we need our loved ones to understand what were going through with all our hormones and backslashes, they too will need us to understand where they're coming from especially after losing someone. Best thing to do is let it roll off your back, forgive and support him through this time. But the buck stops there. Don't allow him to continue to hurt you verbally.

@alicialaray, I promise these fools just say shit out of anger to try to get a rise out of you. He wants to blame his pain on someone else. You just have to hold your head high. Smile. And walk away. Don't let him win!

Some people react to death by being mad. Personally I just cry for years straight, but I hope after a little while he realizes that was F'd up to say and he apologizes. Please don't take it personally. And don't hit him or kick him in the nuts even though that's tempting! (lol). Seriously though if this is the first time he said it im guessing it's just hard for him to cope with the loss. Maybe give him some space and write down what you love about yourself, it can be from your awesome hair to your ability to love anything and everything. Go try it! Write out as much as you can! See if that helps. There's no real excuse for what he said but shit happens. I hope you feel better emotionally. Don't cause yourself to go into early labor. Good luck.
