I went through two miscarriages and it took me a while to realize God has a plan for everything and maybe it wasn't time. So with this pregnancy I was really surprised I've made it this far😊 I think for me it was me and my fiancé were at a bad place financially and had a bad home setting(lived with people who a child shouldn't be brought up around) with the previous two. As soon as we moved and my fiancé got a better job we tried again and we got pregnant :) now we can fully support our child and have no worries😊
