does the mothers milk tea or the mothers milk plus make anyone else sleepy?

I started the tea yesterday drunk a cup last night and another one about 30mins ago. I was taking the milk plus but stopped.

how many cups a day are u drinking tea? im gonna do two cups a day and then 4 milk plus capsules. do u drink tea hot or cold?

is the max but usually I only do 2-3 and hot tea. sometimes it's like room temp @mrs.oliva

I drunk it cold yesterday and I was forcing myself so today I put water in microwave for 3min then put the tea bag in cup then put a spoon of sugar and put in fridge till it got cold and it wasn't wayyyyy better

the 1st time I drank it I almost puked. now I put one teaspoon of sugar and actually like it

I drink it warm and with honey

I like it cold with one scoop of sugar lol.. I put 8oz of water in a cup and then the tea bag and one scoop of sugar and put in fridge for an hour so it can be really cold. I drunk it with no problem I'm gonna make a cup in a few.

lol.. I just really hope it works I make enough to feed him while on boob but pumping my supply has gone down and I really wanna be able to pump for two feedings so I can freeze

I think it will help it helped me get some frozen and I just had surgey yesterday and lost all my supply and it's back today @mrs.oliva
