1 hour of pumping. not much but it feels alot better knowing Sammy will be getting breastmilk.

yes fenugreek , mother's love and now organic earth mama milk tea

@mrs.oliva, and still nothing?! My mil is saying I have to drink alot of milk and eat oatmeal. but I ordered the Fenugreek, so I hope they work.

Oh that's a good amount then just pump and breastfeed whenever he is hungry and u will build it up ,lots of water eat everytime u feed baby, drink water while u pump and feed and try mothers milk tea that helped me! U have to feed on demand to that builds up your supply
