I went through that as well...mainly the first trimester...now their alot better...they get hard for no reason sometimes and they have always been my sensitive spot :) I dont think its anything else except hormones...:)

I noticed but only because it hurt so bad I was like poking at my boob lol so I saw it. but it does it through the day now too and I usually don't notice
