Has anyone taken a prenatal yoga, or a Lamaze class? Did you like it? Worth the time and money?

I used to YouTube them, but I'm lazy and fell off it. but they have like 20 to 30 minute videos on YouTube that are pretty good

@georgiamay, that's what I'm worried about. I bought a did but I feel like I need the pressure of an instructor and other people around me. Lol.
