Feeling so stressed I want to cry :( our lease is up in less than 30 days. We put a bid on a new house about 3 months ago and the home owner accepted. But it seems like every possible speed bump we could hit we can and even though the owner accepted we have to wait for the bank who is taking their grand old time. I'm starting to feel like this house is going to fall through and I'm so upset because it was perfect for us! I'm trying to stay positive but at the same time I gotta be realistic because I'm not about to be homeless. I feel like everything we thought we had planned and figured out is just going to hell in a hand basket

I felt like that when we bought our house...we made an offer and it got accepted but every little thing that could go wrong did and it took months before we could sign the paper work...every time something came up I thought it was going to fall through...we were already paying month to month on our apartment and wanted to get out so bad lol. don't give up.

Are you in escrow? Did the lender provide you with a "conditional approval" I process home mortgage loans for a high end bank don't be frustrated sometimes it takes more than 30 days typically 30-50 with little to no issues
