Can you breastfeed & formula feed? is there any rules to it?

try pumping whenever you bottle feed ! 10 mins will do the trick.

my sister in-law only bottle feed when she works and I babysit.

when your boobs are full you gotta empty them out or your body will think its time to stop making milk.
