Drink lots and lots of water, and try to exercise if u can! I'm 31 weeks tomorrow and have not had any swelling issues thus far, although i am told to expect by 34 weeks my little party will be over lol

@njf1216, I am 25 weeks & it's bad. I can't put shoes on...
