Went and bought a gallon of milk and had 2 people ask if I needed help carrying it to the car.... I'm pregnant not useless!! I understand you're just trying to help but it's a gallon of MILK! But you're not suppose to carry heavy things, yes I know this but I hardly doubt milk falls under that category 😂 sorry just had to get that off my chest. Thank you for offering but I can manage lol

I handled 55pound bags of dog food and always denied help lol you can lift the weight you lifted before pregnancy as long as you feel you can. I still lifted weights at the gym till I was 7.5 months pregnany

yea I carry heavy things still and I'm 39 weeks. usually when I need to carry stuff no ones around so I do it myself. I was strong physically before becoming preggo and I'm Stoll strong while preggo

I held a door open for a women today and she was like "oh my god, don't do that your pregnant" really lady? I'm pregnant, not dead, I can hold a door open. Lol
