10 Facts About Me:

1) I am a mommy to a beautiful 7 week old baby boy

2) my son was named after my uncle Michael , a deceased war veteran

3) I had the opportunity to go to London for college but declined so I could care for my mother

4) married my husband after saying 6 months. 2 years married and still strong

5) before my son was born painting was my life

6) I cannot wait till we can have another baby ( fingers crossed for a girl next time)

7) I have a mild case of OCD

8) after going to college for 2 years I still can't decide what I wanna be when I grow up

9)I have more respect for my body now that I've given birth

10) I love to bake yummy dishes for my husband ( which is why neither one of us can lose weight)

Adult children living at home

Adult children living at home My husband and I argue about this all the time. He says he will never put our children out and they will always have a place to live here at home. I completely disagree. My children can live at home through college if they choose to go and a short while after while they find a job and get on their feet. However, if they choose to not go to school or not have a job, there is no way they will live at home for free. I just feel like when you're an adult, it's time to act like one. I also would not let my married children live at home either. Of course there will always be exceptions like if they fall on hard times, lose their job, have health issues, etc. I also would let them stay for a while if they were in "transition", as in they are waiting for a house to be built or something.

The men in my life: my husband Cesar and our son Jude. Cesar and I will have been married 12 years this coming March and together 18 years in April. We've been through so much including unexplained infertility for 7 years. That's why we are so thrilled to have Jude. Cesar is the best thing that's ever happened to me, with out him I wouldn't have the life I have or my son. He's my best friend and a wonderful father and husband. I couldn't dream up better for myself or Jude. ❤ ?
