do they do an internal ultrasound every time or is that just an early thing?

My first ultrasound was internal and after that every ultrasound was the normal one

I never have gotten one of those ultrasounds

I was early when I found out I found out at 5 weeks so they did an internal twice I was just wondering if it was normal or not
