@prego_again, yes it's killing me. @sarahdanielle86 the tums refreshers use to work for me now they don't. @essence milk doesn't even work anymore either. It only relieved it for a few minutes and then comes right back. I've got it bad! 😔😔

@jassyburton62612, my last week I had it so bad I was throwing up smh . try to sleep proped up I know it doesn't sound comfortable ice chips . my doctor didn't believe in Zantac while pregnant 😒 my son was born with it as well

Try a spoonful of mustard !! I haven't tried it but a pregnant friend of mine did and said it worked instantly!

Don't like mustard but I will try anything at this point. I was sitting upright for a while and thst seemed to help a little. Going to drink some more milk too.@hannahboo

Let me know if the mustard really helps! I only like a little bit on hot dogs but still don't find it appealing to swallow a spoonful!! Lol
