When you have something important to say, timing is always key. We can make things worse if we share information or feelings at the wrong time. Often times it is a skill that is gained over time, but God can also give us discernment and sensitivity in our timing. If you struggle with poor timing in the words you share, pray consistently for God to give you insight into how your words can effect others positively according to His will.

Sometimes you know your body better than everyone else.
