some places charge from $30 and up, depends on where. I am 20 weeks and waiting on the 19th to find out. We were going to pay but I don't mind waiting !

We ended up paying the other day for ours because I wanted to be able to shop for clothes with family when we go home next week. Honestly it was worth it not just to find out the gender but to have someone take the time to show you what's what and let you take your time seeing your baby. It was a lot less medical and more personalize and my hubby and I loved it...he got to rub my stomach while she had the probe on the baby so he could see exactly where she was and he got a little misty lol very worth it in our situation :)
