I'm almost 12 weeks and I'm having really bad stomach pains, has anyone else had this problem? could it be stretching or gas? it hurts really bad and it's almost an all day thing.

It's normal I had it, just as long as there is no bleeding there is nothing to worry about

I had same thing my Dr. said it is normal 12 weeks is when everything really starts pulling and stretching he said I'd it gets to bad I could take Tylenol baths help as well or at least they helped me

I'll definitely be taking more baths soon. I can see my belly growing, so I'm hoping it's just stretching. I also have a lot of gas, so I'm hoping that's part of it.

drink lots of water can be that ur dehydrated as well.

probably ligament pain. it's very painful but normal
