What's something good for my milk supply ?! I wanna bring it in more ! & post a pic of the product…

I used this tea and it worked really well.. The only down side is that it taste like black licorice which personally i dont like but if you add honey an sugar it taste better lol

I used to breastfeed my son and then pump right after. I didn't get much but I kept doing that for awhile and finally I got more and more until I was getting to much lol

@stunninqx33 -- what krissy said about the nursing baby and then following up right away with pumping is what I've been told works the best. You need to empty your breasts all the time in order for them to know they need to produce more milk. If you leave milk there it's never going to up the supply. They say to continue pumping for 2 mins per breast even when the milk stops flowing. And the mothers milk I've heard works well too but ahh I hate black licorice! And you can google the recipe for cookies that also help your milk production I know a lot of women use those as well.
