I'm reading around for you and I'm finding that hcg (pregnancy hormones) leaves your body pretty quickly after you give birth. so you MAY very well be pregnant again

the longest I am seeing they can stay in your system is 4-6 weeks but it appears to be rather rare for them to linger that long.
