Did you breastfeed your first little one? I said I was going to breastfeed but soon changed my mind near the end. I'm so glad I did as well as thee was no chance I was letting anyone near my boobies! Aha x

Oh right I see😊 it all depends on how you take pain. Your boobs literally become like rocks. They don't move and are so so sore & you basically become a cow!😂 I brought everything to breastfeed, but if your all up for it then I'd definitely keep your mind on doing it as it's best for your baby and you'll have an amazing bond with them and closeness. Also I was told to start using nipple creams so they stay soft and don't crack before baby is here. All the best!! @elisabetesantos x

@emmyrxox, im not worried about the pain its the not having enough milk that scares me 😔 i guess ill just buy a started kit. I will have to use then eventually so might aswell get it just in case. Thanks for the adivece 😘

I had about 4 bottles and my hubby bought a carton of aptomil just in case I only managed 2weeks with ds2 he was using my boobies as a comfort he was very suckie!! Lol I would literally be feeding for an hour and then he would be crying for me again. So we gave him a dummy and bottle fed, I tried expressing but wanted to feed too but I wasn't producing enough to do that so I just gave in to the bottle. It's not a big deal if you can or can't I envy those who can... I just can't. My first I only managed 4 weeks and I produced more milk in one breast and none in the other so gave up.

I didn't get any bottles until I needed them and even then it was trial and error as my son didn't get on with certain teats so had to buy abiut 4 different brands before he settled on one so i would personally see how you get on with boob feeding, you sound determined enough to go it, you can always express to help with milk flow too so maybe get a hand pump

I found the madela electric amazing! @elisabetesantos and without sounding negative because I really am pro breast feeding. Try not to put pressure in your self if you aren't able, formula nowadays is pretty good in comparison to breast. Obvs we all want the best for our babba which is our own milk but it is emotionally draining and for me I found it too much pressure to be able to feed when I couldn't I beat myself up about it. This time I'm more relaxed if I manage two weeks again I'll be happy if I do more I'll be well chuffed! Good luck though I'm sure you'll do great xxxx 😍

I've known I wanted to breastfeed from day one! But I'm the same as you, everyone keeps saying to stick to it and don't give up at the first hurdle! It's emotional as well as physical, the emotion of feeling the need to feed your baby will kick in! I have bought the Medela Electric Pump which has been mentioned above as my mum says it is amazing! I haven't bought anything like formula or bottles yet because I want to be in the mind set that I can do it 😊 if I can't, then I'll go out and get the stuff! I'm sure we will both do great 👌🏻 xx

I'd get a steriliser and bottles to be honest. Then, even if you do breastfeed, you can express and bottle feed if you want or its there if you do end up formula feeding.
