As long as I isn't more then 5 per hour I believe and aren't lasting day you should be fine.

drink a lot of water and rest. the main cause is dehydration. I was in the hospital at 24 weeks due to it.

I say Braxton hicks but I was dilated some. They weren't really painful contractions but there were days I had them all day every day. I was on bed rest for a month.

they have me two bags of fluid and shots to stop them

if I don't drink enough water they come back strong

yes I have had contractions and or BH for 3 days
