you should really call corporate on her. I feel so bad whenever you post about your manager because it seems like they put you Thur so much. and you didn't have to leave either your entitled to stay till your scheduled time, not before or after the time they scheduled you.

@kelseys I'm in the process of contacting corporate now. knowing that I got cut now an hours worth of pay is pretty upsetting :/ I want my maternity leave because of her and the store manager but I need the money right now :/ I should've insisted on staying but I don't know how I could if she was going to take the chair away from me :/

she can't take it away from you. they're always trying to take advantage of pregnant women who don't know much about their rights in the work place. mines was trying to make me quit instead of taking leave, but they were shocked once I told them I called corporate and they said I qualify for leave.

you can report for discriminating against you because you are pregnant. Some managers take advantage of employees because they think you wont complain. Report her report her report her!! If they try to fire you then take it to the EEOC

@14emathews, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ppl open up cases for discrimination against their employers & they go out to investigate. They also help you to get a case to sue if it is found that they really did discriminate.

They should give you allotted breaks bc your pregnant just out of courtesy but have you considered taking a leave or something bc you obviously are in no shape to be working and being on your feet that long. It seems it's affecting your job performance and maybe that's why their being dicks about it cuz they have no heart?
