I'm 31 weeks 2 days and I'm not going to pack mine till I hit 35 weeks. But most people pack theirs earlier.

Pack comfortable items. I am a first time mom too but got a lot of advice from friends. Bathroom items (tooth brush, tooth paste, things to hold your hair back, brush, deodorant, pads, etc.) Coins and ones for the vending machine :). Two outfits for baby (think comfort! And bring two different sizes). Large underwear and nursing bras/tanks for yourself. Again, think comfort. It's never too early to pack in my mind. I had my bag packed at 28 weeks ;)
