my store manager is an asshole! he got all pissed at me. in one week I did 200 transactions. out of those transactions, 100 people had reward cards. I got one new person to sign up. he said I should have five or six more and because of that I'm stuck on cash register tonight -.-

tf? you can't help if people don't want to sign up. I hate doing register for that reason.

what store isn't behind? lol even with our 1 every 100transactions it's alot because not everyone wants credit cards or take the time to sign. up for rewards. seriously, I'd report your manager to corporate, he sounds like an ass

@kelseys he's a brand new store manager. I just don't appreciate being scolded for it. I ask every single customer if they have one most say yes. if they say no I ask if they would like one. most of them say no I only shop here once a year

that's how it always is with the customers. but still just because he's new doesn't mean he could treat his employees like that.
