I'm sitting here at work and I went to barley move and my lower back had the worst pain I've ever felt before and I couldn't move Or it just got worse I'm in tears it was so bad it's not as bad now but when I stand up or move my hips it hurts so bad . Has anyone else had this happen when pregnant ?? And what helps ??
