I'm 11 week and 3 days now. now and for last 4 days I feel like a balloon..as though somebody…

I'm 11 week and 3 days now. now and for last 4 days I feel like a balloon..as though somebody inflated me. I guess I'm bloated but even when Im not sure if I am bloated, my belly is not going anywhere.. I wasn't expecting my bump to show up this early and Im not sure if this is a real bump. I also wonder if this balloon-like feeling will go away or I'll keep feeling myself like this till the end of my pregnancy..
