@young_mommy_123, yeah she still does. I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes but i think she doesn't like when it flows too quickly

Like poster said before it's probably too big for a newborn. On the nipple on one of the sides it should have a number. 1 is for newborn until 9 or 10 months. I babysit a 7 mo old and she still uses size one nipples

That's probably for 10+ months when they can drink more faster. Other brands use a Y cut
