My baby boy is sooooo sick :(

he has a horrible cough and a stuffy nose with phelgm. he choked so bad a while ago and he couldn't catch his breath :( he was fine all day but once we got home a night he woke up from his nap horrible :( @bqbygirl10-11

i got it frm walmart for like 6 or 7 bucks
