Oh no that's horrible ! Smh usually with a lease he may have to sign off to be removed do u think he would? That's horrible for him to say he needs to go @lovinglittlelibradoss

if his name is on the lease he is legally responsible to pay half the rent, could always threaten to take him to court for that if he won't allow himself to be removed.

but there is no proof that he isn't paying rent he could lie...... that's the worst part @jladd
