First and for most, you've got to make sure that baby is safe and taken care of properly and safely. If he's even still .01% drunk when you leave your child, you shouldn't be walking out that door and that's what I'm hearing you be concerned about. It sounds like he doesn't deserve to watch her, & isn't capable to and you should call some family and friends to help you till you can be 110% sure he's capable and able to watch her safely and intently when you do leave your baby. If something were to happen to your baby under his care, and he just slept threw it- you'd never be able to live with yourself for leaving her with someone incapable of watching her/him because he's hungover or still drunk. And that could eventually get thrown back at you knowing he wasn't sober/or capable. Ive seen alot of messed up shit go wrong when it comes to alcohol and kids, trust me you don't want any reason for the state getting involved because of this idiot who obviously cares about partying over his child.

Don't step out of that house with a bad feeling in your stomach or any chance your leaving your baby in a high risk situation! Seriously!

@babeeberklee I'm so mad I had to wake her up out of a great sleep she was in to make sure she was fed.... then while she's eating in trying to wake him up. he's barely responding. I can't bring her to work with me I'm just in tears and idk what to do. she's almost done with her bottle now.. it's so not fair I mine as well be a single freaking mom!

You need some support.. he doesn't deserve her or you if he's truly acting this way. Can you call some friends or family whom you trust??

I finished feeding her this morning and she was dosing off as I left and he "reassured" me that he was awake. which still had me so nervous. I was late for work. but yea I've talked to them already and they are good. I just really shouldn't have to deal with this. just makes me wanna move out more.

Honey, you shouldn't leave your baby if you even are slightly worried about her safety and we'll being! Come on girl, you've gotta be her hero and make sure she's not in a messed up and high risk situation.. that's your job as a mom. You've got to call your family and friends and get them involved and helping. I would have never left my baby after all your saying! You need to re-read what your writing and look at it from an outsiders point of view for sure. Because what your writing is showing you being scared to leave her with her drunk hungover dad whom isn't responding when your trying to wake him and just barely got home.
