@sac tay1, no not at all. They say as you approach your due date to try and avoid sleeping on your back all night because all the pressure of your uterus lays on your arteries (I think that's what it is) and it restricts the blood flow to you and your body. But at 14 weeks your uterus is so tiny it doesn't matter. Even now at 33 weeks I fall asleep on my right side which they say is best but can't make the whole night that way, I switch to the left and usually wake up on my back a lot. At 14 weeks I was still sleeping on my tummy which they say is fine and ok to do until it becomes uncomfortable for you.

Nope but u will know when you get sooo big n when there's a lot of movements u will know when is the time to stop sleeping on back

No its ok till you hit 25 weeks or when you feel uncomfortable.

My dr told me that if you sleep on your back your body will wake you up when it's time to roll.
