How many of you mommies to be are caregivers to elderly people?

I'm a caregiver for my mother

I am a private home health care provider.

me I wrk in a nursing home

me im a care giver for my grandmother who has liver cancer

@starmommie, @cloughgal, @sassytay @nativemommyof3 @prego_again @jassyburton62612 @tiffany09 since becoming pregnant do the people you take care of treat you like you're breakable or like the baby will just fall out if you do too much? and if so how do you handle it?, it frustrates me sometimes..I know what I can handle and what I can't I don't like feeling like im not capable of doing my job :/

Yes my residents always ask me if I have someone to help me and always tell me you better not be lifting anyone or taking care of patients by yourself.

they don't care the wrk still got to get done I be hurting I don't have that one on one no more I wish wrking with 30 different ppl the struggle

Eventually work did get harder and harder as I got bigger so I finally went on maternity leave last week.

@r_oo, at times my grandma' does get that way and I always remind her that I did give birth to two healthy boys before this one while takingcare of her than too lol

@sassytay, I know that feeling too, I worked in a nursing home for a little while also and I have to say I love working with just a few people much more

@nativemommyof3, this is my first baby, some of them expect me to just sit and talk with them for hours or do the minimum of what needs to be done when I know I'm able to handle it

I work in a nursery home and it's no longer a piece of cake.. everything is aching and my feet stay on swell. ankles as well.. I'm 29 weeks if I last another 3-4 that's good enough for me.. at the end of the day, they don't care nothing about me..

thanks but it's gonna be what it's gonna be.. I dealt with back labor before and it's the worse.. 20 a night is too much

the people at my work don't understand there is a baby in my bell y and so no I still get treated like crap
