I eat a lot natural uncooked now (salads 3 times a day instead of potatoes or pasta or rise), and meat, but I eat cookies and chocolates😄😄 and I lost 2 kilos in 5 days))

And you're from Russia? I wonder how different your eating habits are from America! Lol because everything is so tempting. Fast food, our grocery stores are full of junk. It cost more to eat healthy than to eat badly. 😔

Yes) im from Russia, I know it's very different and I heard a lot that it costs more, even in Europe it's the same, it's cheaper to eat in macdonalds than to cook something yourself😕 I lived in Switzerland for 5 years, but in Russia it's not expensive, and we still have this grocery markets on the open air with fresh fruits and vegetables))

I know! My friend went there to study and she said that the fruits and veggies are so fresh!! Yea girl, obesity is so bad over here. It's on the rise. 😔
