Braxton hicks are sporadic, regular labor cramps increases within minutes .

my labor and delivery nurse told me the only difference is one makes progress and the other does. braxton hicks can be really painful too.

braxton hicks aren't really constant.. they come and leave... regular ones happen for a certain amount of time and never stop until the baby is here
