TMI but I have been leaking since I was 23 weeks. They get hard and are painful so my first instinct after my bath every single time I squeeze to empty as much as possible out so I'm comfortable. Call it gross or whatever but does anyone else but me feel relief? Like it's just empty? I don't know how to explain it lol but it feels amazing!

I do the same thing I've been leaking since about 15 weeks and recently it has slowed down but I still squeeze them before I get out of the bath or shower to make sure they are empty

I've started to leak on and off since 20 weeks, I talked to my doctor about it and he told me not to squeeze them and just let them do their thing. my nipples used to be very sore too ,so I ordered some nipple butter - I put it on at night and it works wonders.

@ftm-jess, my doctor at first told me not too because it has potential to cause contractions and send you into labor. I'm far enough along that they told me it couldn't hurt
