For the 3d ultrasounds do you have to request those or do your doctor give them at a certain time

my doctor doesn't usually do them. I asked around my last ultrasound because I had a friend use the same doctor and she got one. She said that in office they only do one if they have a concern about baby because it gives a better look. We have to go to a private office to buy 3D

Check to see if you have any schools or training hospitals that do it. I found a hospital that does it for about 80$ for the simple package I want instead of paying 150 everywhere else
