does anyone have to do the if you don't go to sleep I'm telling daddy .... and then your child goes to sleep.... same routine for me every night * I still love my stubborn monkey tho * but gosh any other tips to get a three year old to go to bed

Do any of you ladies use melatonin to help your toddlers sleep? My boys always have a hard time going to sleep and idk what to do anymore 😩
