I have that same problem, I Normally eat peppermints, mentos, or tic tac's and that helps me alot!

I have the same problem ugh hits the worst! So i always keep gum next to me and some In the car , takes the taste away immidietly 👌

then it might be cause you have low iron I had that problem so I had to take iron pills but they made me so sick I stopped taking them n would get that taste in my mouth
